Shipping Options and Policies
Shipping
SmartDogs Slippers products are generally shipped within
one business day of receipt of your order. If an item is temporarily
out of stock we will inform you of the expected delay. We
do not charge your credit card for your purchase until the products
are shipped
We offer two shipping options for your purchase:
Standard Shipping(USA only) - Delivery is by UPS.
Our shipping charges are as follows:

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are normally shipped by USPS Priority Mail. Shipments to the 48 Continental states are normally by UPS. We reserve the right to use another carrier depending on cost and availability.
Express Delivery(USA only) -
Delivery is by UPS Next Day Service.
Deliveries are made Mon-Fri, and is next business day service for most
locations in the 48 contiguous states of the United States.
This option is not available for Post Office Boxes, Alaska or Hawaii. There is
a surcharge (in addition to the stardard shipping charge) of $18.00 per order to defray handling and shipping costs for
this option. Orders received by 10AM Pacific Time are processed
the same day they are received (except Saturdays, Sundays and
Holidays).
Why our inexpensive shipping beats the "free" shipping of the competition
Some of our competitors say they have free shipping, but that just means that they built the shipping cost
into the price of every pair of slippers. Just compare our total costs with shipping added to their cost with
supposedly free shipping, and you'll see our good deal. Even more so if you buy more than one pair, because for
each additional pair, our shipping costs go down, and you save even more.
Destinations other than USA By special arrangement only, please call
toll free (877) 584-7458 to make arrangements.
Refusal or Non-Delivery If you refuse to accept your
package, or you provide an invalid address and the package is
returned to us we will refund your total cost less our shipping
charge or the actual cost of shipping, whichever is greater.
Exchanges and Returns
We are closing out our SmartDogs inventory at greatly reduced prices. All sales are final. No exchanges or retuns will be accpeted.
Sales tax is required for purchases sent to addresses in the following states: CA. Sales tax is not required
for purchases sent to other states or for foreign destinations.
